Simple & Transparent Rates
Cats Hometown Pet Taxi covers pickups up to 25 km from our outlets in Klang, Puncak Alam and Teluk Panglima Garang.
Fares are based on distance, so you know the price before you book

Notes:
2-Way: we pick up your cat and send them home after. One-Way: one trip only, either to the outlet or back home.
Example: Home is 3 km from the outlet, pickup and return after grooming = RM15 total.
Pet Taxi Service Area
Available within 25km of any Cats Hometown outlet.
With multiple outlets, our Pet Taxi coverage is available across selected areas within a 25km radius of each outlet.
Before We Pick Up Your Cat
A few simple steps so your cat travels safely and calmly.
Carrier Required
Your cat must travel in a safe, lockable carrier. No carrier? Borrow ours for RM8.
Maximum 4 Carriers
For apartment pickups, a maximum of 4 carriers per trip.
Be Ready for Pickup
Have your cat in the carrier before our driver arrives. Our driver waits up to 15 minutes.
Slot Confirmation
Pickup happens only after the Cats Hometown team confirms your slot.
Going Somewhere Else?
Pet taxi from location A to B is also available for destinations other than grooming, such as vet visits or other locations.
